Amerikaanse naoorlogse M1 helm met Amerikaans ERDL helmovertrek.
Amerikaanse helmen werden niet standaard verstrekt. Marinier Ronald heeft deze zelf aangeschaft rond 1989. Het helmovertrek zat al eerder op een standaard Nederlandse M53 helm:
